Instrument Panel Compartment Latch Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the IP compartment door.
2. Remove the screws from the IP compartment latch.




3. Remove the IP compartment latch From the IP compartment door by pushing the latch out of the door from the inside surface of the IP door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the IP compartment latch to the IP compartment door.
2. Snap the latch into place in the IP door.




NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the screws to the IP compartment latch.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Close the IP compartment door.
