VES On - VCP and Radio Playing Mode

ASSUMPTION:
^ Ignition switch is in the ACC or RUN position.
^ Radio is on.
^ Rear Seat Audio (RSA) is oft.
^ Video screen is down.
^ The Video Cassette Player (VCP) is playing. When the Interface Module (IM) senses that the radio is on, the rear speakers are muted.
