Rear Seat Audio (RSA) Control (Output)

Circuit 1011 (terminal A5): High with the RSA is turned on. Used to signal the radio that the RSA is on. Then, the radio enables the RSA enabling circuit, and changes the speaker level output of its rear audio channels from speaker level to headphone level.
