Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) General Information

The content theft deterrent system is designed to deter vehicle vandalism and theft. The content theft deterrent system is optional equipment (RPO UA6). The content theft deterrent system performs the following functions:
^ Flashes the exterior lights
^ Sounds the horn

The content theft deterrent system may not be disarmed by removing the power or ground feeds to the Body Control Module (BCM).
