Abs Warning Indicator

ABS warning indicator is controlled by Electronic Brake Traction Control Module (EBTCM). EBTCM will turn on indicator light for about 3 seconds when engine is started for a bulb check. If anti-lock brake system malfunctions, EBTCM turns on ABS warning light. If ABS light is flashing, anti-lock is disabled and standard brakes may be affected. Vehicle should be towed for immediate service. If ABS light is steady and BRAKE warning light is not on, anti-lock is disabled, but normal brake system is unaffected.
