All Gauges & Indicators (Except Turn Signals, High Beam & Seat Belt Indicator) Inoperative

  1. Check fuse No. 39 (10-amp) in fuse block. If fuse No. 39 is open, go to next step. If fuse No. 39 is okay, go to step 3).
  2. Repair short to ground in circuit No. 39 (Pink wire) between instrument cluster Black 32-pin connector and fuse block. Recheck system operation.
  3. Disconnect instrument cluster Black 32-pin connector. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Connect test light between instrument cluster harness connector, terminal C1 (Pink wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 5).
  4. Replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Recheck system operation.
  5. Repair poor connection or open in circuit No. 39 (Pink wire) between instrument cluster and fuse block. Recheck system operation.
