Removal & Installation

Remove about 2/3 of brake fluid from master cylinder. Compress caliper piston with large "C" clamp. Remove caliper union bolt. Remove caliper guide pin bolts. Hold inner disc pad while removing caliper from knuckle. Support caliper using wire. Remove inner and outer disc pad, pad clips and springs. Remove caliper support bracket and the 2 screws that secure rotor to hub. (If rotor is stuck, install two 8mm bolts into rotor, tightening bolts will force rotor off.) To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
