Removal & Installation ("C" & "K" Series)

- Raise vehicle by frame, allowing rear axle to hang free. Remove bracket that covers valve. Remove nut and lever from valve shaft. See Figure. Clean area around brake line fittings at valve. Disconnect brake lines from valve. Remove valve-to-frame bolts and valve.
- To install, reverse removal procedure, ensuring rear axle is hanging free and valve is securely bolted to frame when lever is attached to valve (this ensures correct valve adjustment).
