"P" Series With Hand Lever

  1. Raise and support rear of vehicle. Rotate adjusting knob on parking brake lever counterclockwise until it stops. Apply parking brake. Loosen parking brake cable adjusting nut.
  2. Tighten adjusting nut until slight drag is felt when rotating rear wheels forward. Tighten adjusting knob on parking brake lever until definite snap-over-center pressure is felt when parking brake lever is applied. Release parking brake. Ensure wheels rotate freely. Lower vehicle.
