Tech 1 Scan Tool Method
- To clear RTD system DTCs, use Mass Storage Cartridge (MSC). Install Tech 1 scan tool and cartridge, and select RTD feature. Set Tech 1 to "F2: Show DTCs". Select "Clear DTCs".
- Turn ignition off and disconnect Tech 1. Road test vehicle, checking system operation and/or DTC resetting. This must be done because RTD system will not set DTCs and RTD system control functions are disabled when Tech 1 is installed and monitoring system.
