Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect
1. Raise and suitability support vehicle.
2. Drain engine coolant from engine.
3. Power steering cooler feed lines from cooler.
4. Hose clamp from radiator hoses at cooler.
5. Radiator hoses from cooler.
6. Cooler from plastic mounting bracket.

Install or Connect
1. Cooler into plastic mounting bracket.
2. Radiator hoses to cooler.
3. Hose clamps to radiator hoses at cooler.
4. Power steering cooler feed lines to cooler.
5. Refill engine with coolant.
6. Lower vehicle.
