Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement (A/C)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the A/C drive belt.





2. Remove the A/C drive belt idler pulley bolt (2).
3. Remove the A/C drive belt idler pulley (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the A/C drive belt idler pulley (1).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the A/C drive belt idler pulley bolt (2).
^ Tighten the A/C drive belt idler pulley bolt (2) to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the A/C drive belt.
