Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement (A/C)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the A/C drive belt.





2. Remove the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt (3).
3. Remove the A/C drive belt tensioner (4).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the A/C drive belt tensioner (4).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt (3).
^ Tighten the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt (3) to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).





3. Install the A/C drive belt.
