Right Cylinder Head

REMOVAL PROCEDURE





1. Remove the intake manifold.





2. Remove the vapor vent pipe from the engine.
Refer to Vapor Vent Pipe Replacement.





3. Remove the right side exhaust manifold.





4. Remove the valve rocker arms, pedestals and pushrods.





5. Remove the right side cylinder head. Refer to "Cylinder Head Removal (Right Side)" in Unit Repair of Engine.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the right side cylinder head. Refer to "Cylinder Head Installation (Right Side)" in Unit Repair of Engine.





2. Install the valve rocker arms, pedestals and pushrods.





3. Install the right side exhaust manifold.





4. Install the vapor vent pipe from the engine.





5. Install the intake manifold.
6. Inspect for any leaks.
