Coasting Downshifts

1. With the gear selector in D4, accelerate to the 4th gear with the TCC applied.
2. Release the accelerator pedal. Lightly apply the brakes. Observe that the following occurs:
- The TCC releases.
- The downshifts occur at speeds shown on the shift speed chart.
