Installation

1. Install the right engine mount bracket.
2. Install the left engine mount bracket.





3. Install the engine bracket fasteners.
^ Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the engine/ transmission brace mount bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the engine mount bracket studs to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the right engine mount.





5. Install the left engine mount.
6. Install the engine mount bolts. Tighten the bolts to 68 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
7. Lower the engine.





8. Install the right engine mount through bolt. Tighten the bolt to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.).





9. Install the left engine mount through bolt. Tighten the bolt to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.).
10. Install the engine mount nuts. Tighten the nuts to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).
11. Install the A/C compressor to bracket. See Heating and Air Conditioning.
12. Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the engine mount bracket, if necessary.
13. Install the exhaust catalytic converter pipe. See Exhaust System.
14. Lower the vehicle.
15. Install the generator. See Starting and Charging.
16. Install the ignition control module. See Powertrain Management.
