Instrument Panel Compartment Door

Remove or Disconnect
1. Inflatable restraint instrument panel module bracket bolts/screws (20) (lower).
2. Open instrument panel compartment door (89).
3. Instrument panel compartment door (89) from instrument panel.

Install or Connect

NOTICE: Refer to Service Precautions / Vehicle Damage Warnings / Fastener Requirements.

1. Instrument panel compartment door (89) onto instrument panel.
2. Close instrument panel compartment door (89).
3. Inflatable restraint control module bracket bolts/screws (20) (lower).
Tighten
^ Inflatable restraint control module bracket bolts/screws (20) (lower) to 2.8 Nm (25 lb in).
