Closed-loop for greater than 15 seconds.
Engine load is less than 50 percent.
MAF sensor is less than 100 gm/s.
Engine coolant temperature is 167-221°F (75-105°C).
IAT greater than 0°C.
Integrator is greater than .95 but less than 1 for 3 seconds.
