Intake Manifold: Installation

Install NEW manifold gaskets and intake manifold. Using teflon sealer, seal bolts No. 9, 11, 13 and 15 (exposed to crankcase). Apply threadlock sealer to bolts and studs No. 1-8, 10, 12, 14 and 16. Tighten intake manifold bolts in sequence to specification. See Fig 1. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
