Water Pump: Removal

Remove air cleaner assembly. Remove coolant reservoir. Partially drain engine coolant. Loosen, but DO NOT  remove, water pump pulley bolts. Rotate serpentine belt tensioner clockwise with a wrench, and remove belt. See Figure. Remove water pump pulley. Remove water pump bolts and water pump.
