Voltmeter Is Inaccurate (Commercial & Van)

Turn ignition on. Measure voltage across battery terminals. If reading is same as vehicle voltmeter, gauge is okay. If reading is not same as vehicle's voltmeter, replace voltmeter/instrument cluster.
