Driver Information Center (DIC) Display

Display panel is located to the right of DIC switch pad and above A/C-heater control head. DIC contains following telltale warning indicators: ABS ACTIVE (anti-lock brakes), battery symbol (charging system), INFL REST (inflatable restraint), LOW COOLANT, LOW OIL, LOW TIRE PRESSURE, SERVICE ASR (Acceleration Slip Regulation), ASR ACTIVE, ASR OFF, SERVICE ABS, SERVICE ENGINE SOON, SERVICE RIDE CONTROL, and SERVICE LTPWS (Low Tire Pressure Warning System). LOW COOLANT, battery symbol and INFL REST display in Red; all others display in Amber.

An ambient light sensor (photocell) is located within the DIC switch pad. This sensor provides data to the instrument cluster circuitry to adjust panel illumination.
