U.S. Touring Owner Service

Customers who have purchased GM Certified Used Vehicles, that are still within the terms of the New Vehicle Warranty continue to have warranty coverage as explained in the GM Service Policies and Procedures Manual, Article 1.4.9. Beyond the terms of the New Vehicle Warranty, purchasers of GM Certified Used vehicles are covered by the GM Certified Used Vehicle Warranty within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
