Claim Documentation and Processing Requirements

Service Management no longer has to approve Courtesy Transportation Claims. This change and the other policy changes covered above will be updated in the GM Service Policies and Procedures Manual as part of the next revision. Refer to Articles 1.4 and 1.6 of the Manual.
