Fig. 16 Flange & Steering Coupling Assembly:

1. Remove rack and pinion assembly from vehicle.
2. Remove pinch bolt from flange and steering coupling assembly, then coupling, Fig. 16.
3. Reverse procedure to install. Torque pinch bolt to 29 ft. lbs.
