Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

Drive Belt Tensioner:






REMOVAL
1. Remove serpentine belt.
2. Remove tensioner bolt then tensioner.

INSTALLATION
1. Install tensioner.
2. Install tensioner bolt and torque to 54 N.m (40 lb. ft.).
3. Install serpentine belt.
