Coolant Temperature Gauge Always Reads Hot

(Beretta, Camaro, Cavalier, Corsica & Lumina)

Disconnect coolant temperature sender/switch. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. If gauge indicates cold, replace sender/switch. If gauge indicates hot, Dark Green or Dark Green/White wire is shorted to ground.
