Oil Pressure Gauge Operation

Disconnect Tan wire from fuel pump/oil pressure switch. If oil pressure indicates low, install jumper wire from Tan wire to ground. Replace fuel pump switch/oil pressure sender if low reading is still indicated. If oil pressure indicates high, check Tan wire or instrument panel for short circuit.
