Speedometer & Odometer Do Not Operate

  1. Check for VSS signal. Disconnect large 34-pin connector from cluster and disconnect connector from Digital Ratio Adapter Controller (DRAC) that is mounted behind dash on bracket near radio.
  2. Measure resistance of wire between connector pin terminal A11 of cluster connector and pin terminal "B" of DRAC harness connector. If resistance is greater than zero ohms and the VSS circuit is working properly, replace inoperative instrument cluster.
