Cluster Display Does Not Switch Between English & Metric

  1. Check for inoperative cluster control switch, wiring, or inoperative cluster. Disconnect large 17-pin connector at cluster. Measure cluster control switch resistance between connector pin terminal A2 and ground. See Figure.
  2. Resistance should be zero in one position and open in the other. If switch does not respond as indicated, repair Light Blue wire between cluster and switch, the switch or the Black wire from switch to ground.
  3. If switch and related wiring are okay, replace inoperative instrument cluster.
