Cluster Display Does Not Light
- Check ignition power to cluster, cluster ground and for an inoperative cluster. Disconnect large 17-pin connector from cluster.
- Using a DVOM, measure voltage from harness connector pin terminal A13 to ground with ignition on. See Figure. If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If DVOM reads less than battery voltage or zero, repair Pink/White wire from ignition.
- Turn ignition off. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance from harness connector pin terminals A15 and A16 to ground. If ohmmeter reads anything but 0-0.5 ohms, repair Black wires at pin terminals A15 and A16 to ground. If resistance is correct, go to next step.
- If ignition power feed and ground circuits are okay, replace inoperative instrument cluster.
