No 1-2 Upshift, 1ST Speed Only

1. Governor valve sticking.

2. Governor driven gear loose or damaged.

3. Governor driven gear retaining pin missing.

4. Nicks or burrs on output shaft, governor sleeve or case bore.

5. Governor support pin in case too long or short.

6. Governor weights or springs missing, binding or damaged.

7. 1-2 shift valve sticking.

8. Valve body spacer plate or gaskets damaged or incorrectly installed.

9. Case to valve body face not flat or damaged.

10. Governor screen restricted or damaged.

11. Restricted or blocked 2-4 servo assembly apply passages.

12. Nicks or burrs on 2-4 servo assembly pin or pin bore in case.

13. Missing or damaged 2-4 servo assembly piston or pin seals.

14. Fourth servo piston installed backwards.

15. 2-4 band assembly worn or damaged.

16. 2-4 band assembly anchor pin not engaged.
