Removal (EFI Turbo Engines)

  1. Fuel system must be depressurized before disconnecting any fuel lines or hoses. Disconnect battery cables.
  2. Disconnect engine wiring harness assembly, vacuum lines, hoses and throttle valve assembly from turbocharger.
  3. Remove fuel injectors with pipe. Remove intake manifold. Check intake manifold for cracks or warpage.
