Lower Control Arm & Pivot Shaft Bushings: Removal

  1. Raise vehicle and place safety stands under frame side rails. Remove coil spring. Separate ball joint stud from knuckle.
  2. After ball joint stud is broken loose, support control arm and guide arm out of splash shield. Remove control arm from vehicle.
