Removal & Installation (Front Cable)

  1. Release parking brake. Raise and support vehicle. Loosen nut at equalizer and remove cable connector.
  2. Bend parking brake cable retainer fingers at the parking brake lever assembly frame bracket. Remove parking brake cable. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure all retaining fingers are through the hole on the frame bracket.
