Injector Resistance

1. Using a suitable listening device, check if injector makes proper operating sounds in proportion to engine speed when engine is running or being cranked.
2. If sound of operation is not satisfactory or no sound is heard, a defective injector, wiring harness, connector or ECM is indicated.
3. Remove connector of injector, then check resistance between terminals of injector. Resistance should be approximately 13.8 ohms.
