Disc Brake Rotor & Hub: Installation

Temporarily install rotor on hub. Insert spacer into hub. Using a plastic hammer, drive hub in until center protrudes evenly. See Fig 1.

Using Wheel Hub Installer (J 34856) and Handle (J 7079 2), drive hub and rotor assembly on drive axle until dimension "A" is reached. See Figure.
Install and tighten bolts attaching hub to rotor and hub castle nut. Install cotter pin. Install pads and caliper and tighten caliper mounting bolts.
