Connecting Rods & Pistons

Oil is delivered from each main bearing to adjacent connecting rod bearing through drilled passages in crankshaft. A hole in connecting rod sprays oil onto cylinder walls for piston and pin lubrication, when holes in rod and journal index. Oil hole in rod is towards camshaft side of engine.
