Cable Adjustment (1973)

With vehicle still on hoist, loosen equalizer rear check nut and forward check nut. Place brake handle in applied position (13 notches). Tighten check nuts until an 80-lb. pull is obtained when lever is moved into 14th notch. Torque check nuts to 70 INCH lbs.
