Cylinder Head: Installation
Clear, head bolt threads. Use sealer on both sides of steel gaskets. DO NOT use sealer on composition gaskets. Apply sealing compound to head bolts and install finger tight. Tighten bolts evenly, a little at a time in sequence shown on illustration until specified torque is attained. Reverse removal procedures to install manifolds, valve mechanism, and accessories.
