Installation Procedure

    Rear Brake Hose (3) - Install

  2. Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (2) @ Rear Brake Hose (3) - Install NEW [ 2x ]
    3. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 44 N.m (32 lb ft)

    Brake Hose Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

  6. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  7. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (With JEO) 
  8. Check for brake system leaks.
  9. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  10. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  11. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
