Removal Procedure

  1. Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
  2. Mark the location of the upper hinge (3) before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.

    NOTE:

    Keep the door in the closed position and replace only one hinge at a time.

  3. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) - Remove [2x]
  4. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove [2x]
  5. Rear Side Door Upper Hinge (3) - Remove
  6. Mark the location of the lower hinge (6) before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.
  7. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (4) - Remove [2x]
  8. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (5) - Remove [2x]
  9. Rear Side Door Lower Hinge (6) - Remove
