Removal Procedure
- Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
- Disconnect the rear side door wiring harness (1) electrical connector. Rear Side Door Wiring Harness Replacement
- Rear Side Door Check Link Bolt (1) - Remove - Rear Side Door Check Link Replacement
- Mark the location of the rear side door hinges with a grease pencil to aid in alignment during installation.
- Support the door before removing the hinge fastener.
- Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove [2x] - Rear Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement
- Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (3) - Remove [2x] - Rear Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the rear side door (4).
- Transfer components as necessary.
