Removal Procedure
- Front Fender (1) - Remove - Front Fender Replacement
- Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
- Mark the location of the upper hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.NOTE:
Keep the door in the closed position and replace only one hinge at a time.
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Upper Hinge (3) - Remove
- Mark the location of the lower hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (4) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (5) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Lower Hinge (6) - Remove
