Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement 
  2. Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal Replacement
  3. Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Left Side 
  4. Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension Replacement - Right Side 
1 Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer [ 8x ]
2 Air Inlet Grille Panel
NOTE:
  • Ensure hose is not kinked during reinstallation
  • Broken air inlet panel clips to windshield can cause misinstallation. Ensure panel is fit and flush after installation

Procedure

  1. Lift up the front edge of the air inlet grille panel, slide the grille panel forward from both hood hinges.
  2. Disconnect the windshield washer nozzle hose from the rear window washer pump hose.
  3. Transfer components as necessary.
