Installation Procedure

Install the front output shaft drive sprocket if it was removed.
- Using a suitable adapter and an arbor press, install the new transfer case front output shaft rear bearing (1) until the bearing bottoms against the spacer.
- Using a suitable adapter and an arbor press, install the new transfer case front output shaft front bearing (2) until the bearing bottoms on the front output shaft.
