Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Perform the scan tool control function: High Side Driver 1 - On and Off
Verify the scan tool parameter:
- High Side Driver 1 Circuit High Voltage Test Status = Not Run or OK
- High Side Driver 1 Circuit Low Voltage Test Status = Not Run or OK
- High Side Driver 1 Circuit Open Test Status = Not Run or OK
- If not the specified state
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
- Verify the scan tool parameter:
- High Side Driver 1 Circuit High Voltage Test Status = Not Run or OK
- High Side Driver 1 Circuit Low Voltage Test Status = Not Run or OK
- High Side Driver 1 Circuit Open Test Status = Not Run or OK
- Perform the action while monitoring the parameter:
- Wiggle the harness and connector: X1@T12 Automatic Transmission Assembly
- Wiggle the harness and connector: K71 Transmission Control Module
- If not the specified state
Repair as necessary - Wiring/Terminal(s)/Electrical Connector(s)
- Go to next step: If the specified state
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets

- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
