Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Verify there are no other DTCs set, except for DTC C11B2.
- If any other DTCs are set
Diagnose other DTCs first.
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
- If any other DTCs are set
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC.
Verify the following parameters are within 1.6 km/h (1 MPH) of each other:
- Electronic Brake Control Module - Left Front Wheel Speed Signal
- Electronic Brake Control Module - Right Front Wheel Speed Signal
- Electronic Brake Control Module - Left Rear Wheel Speed Signal
- Electronic Brake Control Module - Right Rear Wheel Speed Signal
- If not within 1.6 km/h (1 MPH) of each other
Refer to: DTC C0500-C0504, C0506-C0510, C0512-C0516, C050A, or C050C-C050F
- Go to next step: If within 1.6 km/h (1 MPH) of each other
- Perform the scan tool learn/reset function: Range Actuator Learn
Refer to: Transfer Case Range Actuator Learn
- Verify DTC C11B2 is not set.
- If the DTC sets
Mechanical Condition - Transfer Case Clutch Pack Assembly
Refer to: Transfer Case Disassemble (with MYD) , or Transfer Case Disassemble (with MGM, MGU)
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC.
- Verify DTC C11B2 is not set.
- If the DTC sets
Mechanical Condition - Transfer Case Clutch Pack Assembly
Refer to: Transfer Case Disassemble (with MYD) , or Transfer Case Disassemble (with MGM, MGU)
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
