Installation Procedure

Clean the mating surface as necessary.
- Transfer Case Four Wheel Drive Actuator (2) - Install
- Transfer Case Two/Four Wheel Drive Actuator Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the transfer case four wheel drive actuator electrical connector.
- Install the negative battery cable to the battery. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without K4B)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with K4B)
- Perform the transfer case range actuator learn. Transfer Case Range Actuator Learn
- Start the vehicle and shift the transfer case through all modes and ranges to verify correct operation.
