Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the negative battery cable from the battery. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without K4B)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with K4B)

    Front Wheelhouse Liner-Left Side (3) - Remove - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement

    Disconnect the transfer case control module electrical connector.

  4. Transfer Case Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
  5. Transfer Case Control Module (2) - Remove
